Wastegate Turbocharger

Most of turbocharger have waste gate. When developing turbocharger to improve its response by rotating light weighted wheel on low-speed stage, the exhaust gas pressure and rotation speed dramatically rise and may cause damage-related safety problem. To prevent the problem, the waste gate detects high pressure and enables exhaust gas to by-pass turbine blades.

In order to respond turbo lag causing by insufficient rotation power at low-speed, connect motor and turbocharger by using electronic motor to ensure rotation power.
